Where do you ship?
We currently deliver orders within the United Kingdom. All orders are shipped to the customer's address.
How long does delivery take?
Processing time is usually 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary due to carrier volume or external factors. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?

Who pays for return shipping?
If an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free. For change of mind (such as size or colour), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
